Founded
in 1986, City Homes owns or manages nearly 500 affordable single-family
rental houses and apartments in Baltimore City, providing low-income
families with a place to call home that is better and costs less
than comparable housing.
City Homes has a well-earned reputation for aggressive cost savings
on acquisition and rehab. Its low-cost systems bring decent housing
in reach of very low income families who might not otherwise be
able to afford to rent a home, and help to revitalize troubled Baltimore
City neighborhoods.
